Marjorie Langlois

Artistic approach

From the amalgamation of her technical explorations and reflections on movement, result vibrant and dynamic canvases which question the human gesture and its refusal of inanity. Langlois reappropriates body language in dreamlike representations with fleeting and textured figurative details. Dance, song or sport are all pretexts for the birth of images that take shape in the process and then become disembodied in a luminous infinity.

Passionate about graphic arts for a long time, Marjorie Langlois' personal and academic development naturally followed this path. After completing training in 2D animation and working as a graphic designer for a few years, she finally decided to devote herself entirely to painting.

The artist has participated in several exhibitions Rimouski area. Permanent exhibition at ‘’ La Réserve bistro ’’ Rimouski.
